Background
Founded in 2019 by Mr. Israel Gaona, P.E., CFM, SOTEX Engineering started as a small firm with a big vision. As a small engineering firm, we have been able to provide personalized and timely services to our clients. Our authorization by the Texas Board of Professional Engineers under Firm Registration F-21475 underscores our commitment to quality and professionalism.

Our team
Our team comprises highly qualified professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in civil engineering. Israel Gaona, P.E., CFM has experience in design and project management of public and private infrastructure projects, residential and multifamily developments, commercial building projects and construction management experience in infrastructure improvements and the renewables industry. Mr. Gaona has designed multiple water, wastewater and stormwater municipal projects as well as managed heavy-civil construction projects in Texas. Mr. Gaona is a Professional Engineer and a Certified Floodplain Manager in the State of Texas. Led by Mr. Israel Gaona, our team is dedicated to achieving client satisfaction through innovative solutions and collaborative efforts.
